Why this mastermind exists

After mentoring practitioners from many modalities, we kept seeing the same pattern.

Practitioners would finish a few months of mentoring feeling clear and confident. Then new questions came up: new challenges, new goals, new mindset wobbles, and new things they were ready to create but weren’t sure how to implement.

What they wanted most was continuity. They wanted a place to stay connected, to ask questions as they grew, and to stay accountable and inspired alongside other clinicians building their dream businesses.

How the 12 months work

Months 1–4: Personalised mentoring with Jade & Laura

This is where we go deep on you and your business.

• Discovery call to understand where you are, where you want to go and what’s in the way
• Private 3-way WhatsApp with both of us for questions, wins and support between sessions
• 90-minute strategy session (2:1) to map out your business vision, priorities and plan
• 60-minute follow-up (2:1), one week later, to refine the plan and lock in your next steps
• 30-minute 1:1 session for focused support on whatever you’re working on
• 60-minute 2:1 session to review progress, troubleshoot and build momentum
• 30-minute 1:1 session for implementation support and fine-tuning
• 60-minute 2:1 session to consolidate everything and set you up for the next eight months

Months 5–12: Mastermind and ongoing support

Now you move into the group, keeping your momentum and building alongside other practitioners.

• Group WhatsApp with the mastermind community
• Monthly group calls where you bring your wins, challenges, ideas and questions. We workshop them in real time so you leave with clarity and practical next steps.
• Monthly body-double sessions with dedicated time to get the work done alongside other practitioners. You’ll have no distractions, no procrastination, and real progress.
• 3 x private 30-minute sessions for deep-dive support whenever you need it: refining offers, solving sticky problems or unpacking strategy.
